|Recommended: YesI moved in August 1 and love it here. The location is wonderful—healthy grocery stores, farmers’ markets, and restaurants and many shops including small stores and others on Walnut Street within easy walking distance as well as Mellon Park, Chatham campus, and Frick Park. Near stops for most major bus routes. Friendly faces at the downstairs desk who know our names and maintenance folks and leasing people on the premises who are aLos always thoughtful and willing to help. Building is very clean with lots of amenities—as much luxury as anyone could want but in an atmosphere as warm and inviting as could want—feels like home.
|Recommended: YesGreat moving in experience — I truly appreciate Sarah's help with selecting my unit and ensuring it was clean when I moved in. Her patience and support throughout the moving process made a big difference—I’m very grateful for her assistance.
|Recommended: YesHad to leave a comment due to the extremely positive experience I receive when Interacting with Ralph M. Extremely polite and positive and professional. Great representation of the company
|Recommended: YesGreat, but construction downstairs too noisy — Construction noise downstairs is too noisy. I also think there should be more activities for residents that are more engaging like some kind of a bbq party or a social networking event would be nice.
|Recommended: YesGenerally very good — Facilities are very good, including gym and lounge. Staff is very friendly. However, the walls are thin and the noise from neighboring rooms is a bit distracting.
|Recommended: YesA nice place to live — The overall interior design is very unique. It's a mix of modern, industrial and a touch of urban decor. Very well done by the interior designer for this property. Good location, close to healthy food, popular grocery stores, good restaurants and also staple stores such as Target. I would recommend this property for people of all ages. The prices of rent is a little high, so make sure you have a good job and can afford to live here, as the cost of living is much higher than the rest of Pittsburgh. As they say, you pay for what you get, and it is worth living a nice life for a few extra bucks.

|Recommended: YesVery high-quality apartment with good facilities — The overall experience here has been great. It only took 2min to get the room key after I arrived. The rooms are clean and there are very good facitilies inside the building. The location is also perfect with many buses and there are Target, Whole Foods, Trader Joe's nearby.
