|Recommended: YesMove in experience — I was sent a move in information packet via my portal after signing the lease. After that, there was no communication from the staff. I.obsyainrd move in keys from the concierge,who didn't have any idea where trash was located or when our damages forms would be received. It was given to,be 3 days late with an apology.

I am a resident very satisfying with the overall apartment environment. This apartment is great in every facet, and I am enjoying every part of the facility. I study at the lounge every day, and I see lots of people studying at late night. Everyday, about 10 pm, there are about 10 Chinese students playing poker or Chinese poker at P1 while making noises. I believe this disturbs not only us but also other residents living in the apartment and studying at the lounge. It is definitely fine to play at lounge with their friends, but it would create much better environment if they make less noises.

|Recommended: YesComfortable place to be — Cleanliness problem is mainly the trash recycle rooms I think is mainly residence but can cause problems with bugs, etc. Noise problem from gyms on or connected to the property and sound proofing, staff keep resident noise controlled. Overall comfortable place to be.

|Recommended: YesWe started inquiring on different apartments about 6 weeks before actually moving in. Craig Jones had been helping us almost daily as we bombarded him with questions, asked about different apartments. Not only did Craig respond to us almost immediately, he was always very kind, gracious and patient. The grounds apartments speak for themselves as you will not mind a prettier apartment building in Pittsburgh. But what truly separates ESB from the rest is the personnel. You will not find nicer and more accommodating people in Pittsburgh.

|Recommended: YesUpscale — Upscale living in the heart of Pittsburgh. Wonder location, accommodating staff, state of the art amenities, amazing pool and outdoor spaces. Frequent resident events which is great to meet new people friends esp if you have a dog The gym is huge with a variety of equipment that meets everyone needs. 24 concierge which is great in case I get locked out or need assistance.
